What if I am not available at home, when the delivery comes?

Please make sure someone is available at the shipping address to pay cash by tendering exact change. If the delivery is not executed during the first attempt due to incorrect or insufficient address, recipient not at home, address found locked, logistic company will be approaching through a phone call for tentative time of delivery. In case of refusal to accept the packet no refunds would be entertained for such items.
