Shipping & Delivery:
- All orders will be processed within 2-3 business days of receipt of payment. Tracking details of every shipment shall be shared via email and SMS with the customer.
- The shipping charge shall be FREE for all orders above ₹499/-
- For orders below ₹499, FLAT charges of ₹50/- shall be charged irrespective of distance.
- The Lotus Herbals shall not be responsible for any delay in delivery of the order that happened due to a factor beyond the control, such as
- Weather conditions
- Any strike which affects the transportation and delivery of the order.
- Customers should not accept a parcel if the packing is not intact or tempered
- The customers should accept to provide the acknowledgment of the receipt of the Parcels.
Returns & Refund:
1. If the customers inform with the unboxing video of the product on email@example.com and contact 1800120036231 within two days and in any circumstances, no complaint shall be entertained beyond the maximum period of seven days from the date of receipt of the delivery of goods if
- The product delivered was found to be other than the product ordered.
- The product delivered was found to be tempered.
- The delivered product was found damaged.
- The delivered product was found expired.
- The quantity of delivered product found short
- The return/exchange policy does not apply to gifts and promotional items.
2. Lotus shall not entertain any complaint under the following conditions:
- The products are opened, used, or altered
- The original packaging (mono cartons, labels, etc.) not produced by the customer
- The product code or Batch Number of the product tampered
- No cancellation charges shall be leviable in case COD or Prepaid orders and amount paid shall be remitted to the account from which amount was paid within eight to ten days.
Redemption of Discount Vouchers and Loyalty Points:
- The benefit of discount vouchers shall be availed only once during the stipulated time as provided under the scheme.
- If the order is cancelled the Discount Voucher shall automatically stands invalid.
- Once order is restored the loyalty points will be reflected in the account of the of the customer on the portal.
1. How can I cancel the order, I have placed?
If you wish to cancel the order that is already shipped but is not delivered, kindly do not accept it at the time of delivery. And once we have received the products back at our warehouse, after verifying their packaging, we will refund your money within 7-10 business days.
2. How do I check the status of my order?
You can review the status of your order by clicking on “Track Order,” wherein you can easily see the status of your specific order. Or you can even check the status through a tracking link shared via SMS.
3. Do you ship overseas?
Unfortunately, we do not ship overseas as of now.
4. How can I change address or phone number in order?

5. Will shipping charges be refunded if I cancel?
Shipping charges will only be refunded if you cancel the complete order. However, in case of partial order cancellation, shipping charges will not be refunded.
